The Community Room is designed to accommodate events hosted by White Bear Lake-based civic groups, non-profit organizations, community clubs, and private social events held by residents or businesses located in the city. The Community Room is not intended and shall not be used to conduct commercial enterprise or activities.

Availability

Due to parking demands in this area, hours of availability are:

  • May 1 - Labor Day:  Monday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Labor Day - April 30:  Monday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
  • No availability on holidays

Fees

Description Fee
Civic/Non-Profit (less than 20) Gratis - group sets up and cleans
Civic/Non-Profit (greater than 20) $50.00 flat fee + actual cleaning costs
Private Sector up to 4 hrs $500 minimum fee (includes set up and cleaning costs)
Private Sector additional hours (max 2) $50.00/hour
