NOTICE OF CONDUCTING MEETING BY TELEPHONE OR WEBEX

PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. § 13D.021, THIS MEETING WILL OCCUR BY TELEPHONIC OR WEBEX MEANS.  MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO WISH TO ATTEND THE MEETING MAY DO SO BY ATTENDING IN-PERSON IN CITY HALL OR BY VIEWING THE LIVE STREAM.
