City Council Meeting

PLEASE NOTE:  There will be a Fire Department swearing in ceremony at the beginning of this meeting which will have a large attendance of friends and family in the Council Chambers initially.   There will also be a presentation on the Public Safety Building planned renovation project.  Actionable Council Agenda items will most likely not occur until approximately 7:30 p.m.

Public Hearing Notice:   Adoption of a Proposed Ordinance

The City Council of the City of White Bear Lake will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers to consider the adoption of the following proposed ordinance:  an amendment to the Zoning Code at Section 1302.120, Subd.3.e to allow special home occupations to be renewed through the administrative variance process. All persons who desire to be heard on this matter will be given the opportunity at this meeting.

Public Hearing Notice:  Downtown Area Special Service District Levy

The City Council of the City of White Bear Lake will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers to consider the establishment of the Downtown Area Special Service District Levy for 2022 and 2023.
