PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City of White Bear Lake will hold a public hearing to review the City’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) and receive public comments regarding the program and its appropriateness at the regular City Council meeting on April 26, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chamber at 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, and will consist of an overview of the City’s SWPPP and the activities completed in 2021. The hearing will include opportunity for public comment on the appropriateness of the program. Written and oral comments received before or during the hearing will be considered as the City prepares its annual report to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on its SWPPP.

The City of White Bear Lake’s SWPPP was prepared to address the requirements of the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit that may be reviewed at  http://www.pca.state.mn.us/water/municipal-stormwater-ms4
