Notice of Public Hearing

The White Bear Lake City Council will consider the making of Improvement Number 22-08, an improvement on South Shore Boulevard between McKnight Road and the East City Limits by extending municipal sanitary sewer, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $166,400.00. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is the abutting properties benefiting from the improvement.  A reasonable estimate of the impact on the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
