License Bureau Customer Volume

The White Bear Lake License Bureau is experiencing higher than normal volumes of customers, due to the unexpected closure of the Maplewood DMV License Center. While our waiting areas are not ideal to accommodate this influx, our License Bureau staff members are more than capable of accommodating the additional customers from the Maplewood closure. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to serve you promptly. Please allow for additional time for visits to the License Bureau.

As always, we have our drop box available for many License Bureau transactions 24/7 (located to the right of the main entrance to City Hall).

License Bureau hours are:

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays : 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Tuesdays: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
